Emma Cadd worked in New York City restaurant operations as a sommelier and manager for nearly 10 years, with notable chefs such as Jean-Georges Vongerichten and John Fraser. She later joined Resy and American Express in her current role in Restaurant Enablement, ensuring that the entire organization is equipped with industry knowledge and efficient processes in order to best serve our restaurant partners. She now lives with her partner in Chicago and deeply loves the hospitality scene and relationships she has grown here.
